I really enjoy my float and full body massage twice a week. They take great care of the equipment and I can feel the relaxation in my spine immediately after the one hour float. Ms. Eka is my favorite massage therapist. I can feel her calm healing power during her massage. I highly recommend this place.

Stumbled upon this lovely spa in Seminyak and had an amazing experience! The infrared sauna, private setup and ice bath were fantastic. Anita took the time to explain the best way to enjoy the facilities, making the session even more enjoyable. The whole crew was lovely and welcoming. And as a nice bonus, there’s a free coconut on the top floor if you leave a review but honestly, that’s not why I’m writing this. Definitely worth a visit!

What truly sets this place apart, though, is the amazing team. Anita, Tia, and Kia are incredibly professional and create such a welcoming, calm atmosphere every time I visit. Their attention to detail and care make every experience special, and I always leave feeling like I've been taken care of. If you're in Bali and looking for a truly refreshing experience, this is the place to be!

Terapung Float Club in Seminyak is highly rated for its massages and facials, and they also offer a unique float therapy experience. We tried their 40-minute facial—the facial massage was nice, but the products didn’t seem to make much of a difference. They didn’t focus much on blackheads, but the treatment was still somewhat relaxing. The spa has a shower facility, and the setup is well-organized, with separate levels for facials, massages, and float therapy. One of the best parts is their open area where they serve tea, along with a reading space where, according to them, you can sit and unwind for as long as you like. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Shared Sauna was hot, but the shower room smelled bit funky, (from sewage I think) also ice bath is only one so if there is few people you have to share with all. Workers are kind and engaging

Amazing place! We have used the infra-red sauna and ice bath twice now. This place feels very new and clean. The private room is perfect for a couple and very good value - much cheaper than Canggu. The ice bath was very cold and clean. The shower beside it with soap and towels provided was a nice touch. After the hour is up, the upstairs garden room is a relaxing spot for their complimentary tea. The staff are all very friendly and quick to reply on whatsapp. We will be back!

Such a hidden gem! My partner and I have been twice and enjoyed both experiences in the infrared sauna and ice bath. We were given a full hour in the room to relax and enjoy. Afterwards they provide you with a complimentary tea or coconut on their rooftop lounge. Next time I want to try the float tank! Definitely worth a visit ☺️

The staff are super friendly, really attentive as well. I was unsure what to expect when booking the sauna and ice bath as it was 60mins only. But you essentially get a private sauna and bath. Do manage expectations a little for the price 5*. Also had a facial which was awesome too (first ever facial so think what you like about that).

Cold plunge comes to rescue after intense surfing camp. The staff are super friendly and the place is beautiful. Special call out to the manager “Bora” we had a lovely conversation. The price is very reasonable too. I had a great time!

Absolutely loved my time here. I did a red light therapy session and the lymphatic facial and they were both lovely. Felt so pampered and looked after. The facilities are clean, private, modern and the service is lovely. Greeted with a smile and taken care of every step of the service. It is so lovely to end the treatment and be able to go upstairs to their zen room to relax with either a ginger tea or a coconut water. A lovely way to reset before you leave.

I highly recommend coming here, we were only in Bali for five days but tried the infrared sauna and ice bath, facial and traditional Balinese massage. It was very worth the money and the staff, from reception to therapists, were incredibly helpful and smiley.
